If customers are not able to pick up or drop off the items, we can offer delivery at an additional cost.

We charge a $30 minimum delivery fee that may increase depending on the distance from Chelmsford, MA.

Most items are 2-day rentals or weekend rentals. For weekend rentals, pick up is Friday night and drop off is Sunday night. If you need a rental outside of these timeframes, please reach out to us.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. The deposit must be paid by credit card in order to have your card on file for incidentals. Cash may be used to pay the remainder of the balance on the day of delivery or pick up. You must pay in exact cash.

21 days or more = full refund of deposit

15 – 20 days = 50% refund of deposit

14 days or less = no refund of deposit

 

We will offer a 6 month raincheck to use your deposit for a future event if you need to cancel under 14 days.

Yes, we require a deposit to be made with a credit card to hold your items and date.

The remaining balance needs to be paid before the pick-up/delivery. If paying the remaining balance with cash, this needs to be done at pick-up or delivery before the event.

We offer “do it yourself” rentals meaning that the customer picks up, sets up, and drops off the rental equipment themselves. This helps to save on delivery and setup fees. 

We are not responsible for the weather. Any cancellations will still follow our cancellation policy.
